  • HOMEMAKER PERSONAL CARE  

    Homemaker Personal Care – Candidate will provide supportive needs to clients. The position involves providing assistance and skill training to help individuals remain independent in their home and community. Skill training is provided in areas of light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, errands, meal preparation, and medical appointments. Physical and supportive needs include bathing, grooming, hygiene and assistance with ambulation. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs.


    Candidate must be reliable, compassionate, have good communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and must pass a background check and drug test. Must have a valid driver’s license with less than 6 points and be at least 21 years of age.

  • Facilities and Support Assistant

    Facilities and Support Assistant - Candidate will provide supportive needs to clients as well as assist in the areas of general building and vehicle maintenance, production service coordination and transportation. Candidate will assist adults with developmental disabilities to learn new skills, increase their independence, build relationships, and explore their community. This position involves working as part of our team that engages individuals in their day-to-day activities such as community outings, life skills and appropriate social interaction. Candidate will transport individuals to and from day program and community outings using agency vehicles.


    Candidate must be reliable, compassionate, have good communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and must pass a background check and DOT physical examination and drug test. Must have a valid driver’s license with less than 6 points and be at least 21 years of age. This is a full time position with a generous benefit package including, paid health and life insurance, optional dental package, paid sick and vacation leave, 10 paid holidays a year and excellent hours.
